Adrienne "Claire" Patterson is an "inactive" REALTOR in FL (as of April 2024) .   She holds a FL licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) designation.  As of April 2024, Claire exclusively works full time for NVR, Inc. She is a graduate of Palm Harbor University High School and a graduate at St Petersburg College.  Claire is an avid volleyball player, both indoor and sand. Those experiences on the court have contributed to her ability to work as a leader in any situation as well as an innate drive to achieve her goals as an agent. Originally born and raised in Missouri, her family has always been involved in real estate: contracting, property management, and renovations of both long- and short-term rentals. Claire made the permanent move to the Tampa Bay area in 2017 and enjoys boating in her free time.
